LATE SUMMER ‘Ha’ means sun, ‘tha’ means moon, reminding us that yoga connects us to the natural cycles in the web of life. That we are part of nature and that nature is cyclical. The seasons are reflected in our bodies. We reflect the suns rhythms daily, the moon give us monthly prompts and the seasons throughout the year support our yearly rhythm. This late summer class series help us through this transition season with stability and balance. This series invites us to bring the scattered parts of ourselves into balance supporting you to find a yoga framework that works for you to bring about steadiness and ease. This yoga class series combines a range of asana that help us to move well in combination with the breath, meditation, mantra and yoga philosophy. Rachel will take into consideration injuries, chronic conditions, and other factors such as the weather, season and time of day. This consideration will determine the pace and content of the class.
