This class is suitable for all and integrates the three fundamental elements of a yoga practice- asanas (poses), pranayama (breathing practices), and meditation. The main emphasis of this class is supporting you to discover or rediscover "personal integration," this is when we are centered, contented, and able to see people and events in life as they are. In this state, people are most able to make decisions and take actions that are clear and positive. This class is to support you to cultivate this state of balance and integration. Investment: (incl.
