About the event
Come and gather in circle together as we share Ceremonial Cacao, move through intention-setting journaling, Yin Yoga and gentle Sound Healing.
This deeply nourishing experience combines the grounding heart-opening effects of Ceremonial Cacao, turning inwards in introspection as we journal and manifest our goals and intentions over the next Lunar Cycle, and move through deeply restorative long-held and meditative Yin postures. Finishing the circle with a gentle Sound Bath.
This holistic experience will leave you feeling deeply nourished, with a sense of clarity and peace within.
All props and journaling material provided, option to bring your own journal, extra blankets, water bottle.
