About the event
Join us for a nourishing afternoon of Ceremonial Cacao, gentle Yin Yoga, and a deeply restorative Soundbath. Allowing the heart-opening effects of Cacao to guide you inwards, Yin Yoga to soothe and nourish your body and mind, and the healing vibrations of Sound to release tension and bring you back to balance.
All Yoga equipment is provided.
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle.
A light stomach is best so avoid heavy meals 2-3 hours before the circle.
No Yoga or Cacao experience needed.
This is a safe, supportive place for rest, release, and heart connection.'
