With Christmas at the doorstep, give yourself the time to drop from the busy mind down into the Heart and let your soul express through singing.
No previous experience necessary, no singing abilities required, as we will sing not to perform, but to experience the profound effects that Kirtan, YOGA OF SOUND, can bring: - Inner peace - Meditative states of absorbtion - Happiness and joy, springing from within - Opening of the heart with feelings of love and compassion - Connection with the Divine and other kirtan participants - On occasion, goose bumps and tears as the heart jumps with joy!
WHAT IS KIRTAN? Based on ancient chants, Kirtan has the ability to quiet the mind and bring us into the Heart, a space of no-thought and beyond reason.
