Where: The Yoga Space, Hastings (above Aspyre Gym- enter through the gym). Tuesday mornings 9.30am-10.45am

What we will focus on: -Connection to Self -Relationships and Oneness -Opening the Heart -Self Love

Emotions may arise and it is a safe space for you to feel, heal and allow these to flow. You'll feel more connected to yourSelf and have a greater awareness of sensation in your body, amplifed energy and more efficient breathing.

All Tuesday mornings in August beginning on the 6th. These classes are suitable for all. Modifications to the poses will be provided for those who have injuries and complete beginners are very welcome.

No matter what age or limitations you feel you may have, there is a way for you to experience the radiance, joy and medicine that Kundalini yoga brings.

Perhaps you have never heard of Kundalini? Kundalini is known to be the energy potential inside all living beings, held at the base of the Spine. With Kundalini yoga the set of exercises aim to open and uplift this energy and distribute it throughout the body to be utilised for healing of the organs, the physiology, the mind, emotions and spirit. The class consists of Pranayama (breathing exercises), Yoga asana (postures), movements, chanting, relaxation and meditation. It is profoundly transformative, fun and the music is awesome! Warning: Kundalini yoga is so good it can be addictive!

What to bring: An open mind, your water bottle and optional: your own yoga mat if you have one, your own blanket if you have one. We have spare yoga gear for you to use. See you on the mat, Yogis!
