About the event
Join us as we flow with the cycles of the moon in the month of April. Did you know that the cycles of the moon effect us? We can harness this power to set intentions, manifest and release things that no longer serve us.
In this series we will move our bodies in a Hatha style of yoga in line with the new, first quarter, full and last quarter phases of the moon whilst looking at rituals to help with what we want to create or release at each phase.
