Pregnancy Yoga is back by popular request! Monday Mornings during Term 4- a perfect start to the week.
Dates: Monday 9th October until Monday 18th December 2023.
Attend one class or all classes- up to you!
A beautiful blend of Yoga postures, mantra, mudra, meditation, philosophy and relaxation woven together. Relaxing and beneficial in so many ways for both mama and baby in the womb. Extended shavasana (relaxation) at the end accompanied by the soothing sounds of the Tibetan Bowls.
Suitable for everyone- even if you have never attended a yoga class before.
Practice gentle yoga in an intimate, relaxed setting- the lovely cozy Yoga Space, Hastings, where sweet friendships will often form.
$20 per class. Bookings are essential.

About your teacher Sarah Beale: Sarah completed her Pregnancy Yoga Teacher Training with Dr Pooja Maddela and Dr Shridar Maddela, under Dr Pooja's Intergrated Mind Body Therapies, a Yoga Alliance registered Prenatal training provider. She is very excited to share the yoga of pregnancy to women at this magical time of their lives. Yoga is more than postures, so much more than the body. The practice goes to the deeper layers of the mind and spirit, with mantra and rituals of self-care for mama and baby.
