Welcome to pregnancy yoga, such a wonderful tool for a pregnant body. You will be guided in these class by Michele Nysse
Pregnancy yoga can help to support mums-to-be both emotionally and physically. These classes give expectant mums the support, awareness and practical tools to respond creatively and positively to the challenges of pregnancy, birthing and mothering in the modern world. You will develop strength, flexibility and breath awareness for pregnancy and birth. These classes also give you some time to nurture yourself and connect with your baby at this very special time. Also a great way to meet other mums to be in an supportive and friendly environment.
We work through breathing techniques, adapted yoga postures for the pregnant body, pelvic floor exercises, stamina building and deep relaxations, that encourage you to tune into your own body and your baby too. Please be aware this is not a fitness class but a more restorative, soft and gentle style of yoga to support and nurture a changing pregnant body.
Term Dates: Thursday 14 Jan-4 Feb $75 for 4 sessions, these must be pre-booked and places limited to 10.

Open to women from beginning of pregnancy until the birth of your baby. Absolutely no previous yoga experience required. Everyone welcome - any age, body shape, fitness level.
