Let me take you on a journey to meet the most intimate part of yourself - your inner child. We start by opening our circle with the application of Rapeh medicine. Rapeh is a shamanic snuff originating from the amazon jungle, made from finely ground tobacco and different herbs. You apply it by blowing it into both nostrils. It brings us alertness, balance and raises our energies to prepare for the journey. Then with the help of shamanic drumming & singing, we will go through hypnosis & trance states. It will take us deep into our subconscious. You will feel like dreaming but still awake. From there, I will guide you to meet your inner child. The inner child is our truest, most loving, innocent, spiritual, playful, and creative side. As children, we have shaped our understanding of the world and who we are in it. It became the storage of our beliefs, behaviours, patterns, expressions and often traumas. On this journey, we will introduce ourselves to our inner child, interact with it, ask questions and play.
