This taster session is will be an exploration of harmonics using your voice and together we will journey with our voices in meditation. The session will cover the basic techniques in the creation of harmonics (aka overtone singing) followed by a group meditation where we will sound together allowing an organic flow. No singing or sounding experience required. Our voice is a powerful healing tool and we all have this beautiful instrument. Whether you use that actively or not, we are still 'voicing' something in the world with our mere presence. We are all vibrational beings, what vibe are you sending and receiving in your world? And in what ways can you invite sound to light your life? Vocal toning synchronizes the brainwaves and helps relieve tension within a few minutes. Toning is also a wonderful technique for developing your voice-ear connection and enhancing your power of listening to everything around you. Most of all, toning restores balance and harmony to the mind and body. It can help you awaken and deepen your sense of self, and align you to the deepest vibrations of soul and spirit. On the path of toning, you move toward the source of your own inner balance, creativity, well-being, and freedom.
