Service Description
This class is a nourishing, trauma-informed yoga class for every level of practice. Using music, breathwork and Vinyasa inspired movement, designed to help you drop out of your mind and into your body. During our day-to-day lives, we don’t always have the space to tune into what our body is asking of us, and over time it can become second nature to tune out the signals and feedback it gives us. This class is aimed at helping you tune back in. To find what feels good and to reconnect with yourself so you can reclaim the channels to your synergy and return to your natural rhythm. Whether your goal is to be able to sit comfortably on the floor, to become a balancing warrior or warrioress, or just to lie on the mat and not have to talk to anyone for an hour, Tracy would love to welcome you to class. Rebel Yoga doesn’t subscribe to traditional levels of practice, just levels of challenge that you choose on the day of class. The invitation is for you to find what works for your body. Your version rules, Tracy is just your guide. It's not called Rebel Yoga for nothing. Bring your injuries, funky knees, tight hips, aches and pains and mismatched socks, and rinse out all of Monday together on your mat. This class is perfect for those who feel overwhelmed by big classes and lots of people, with a maximum of 12 mats per class. There is no right or wrong way to do yoga or to be in this class. Lots of prop options or none, you decide No pressure to socialise or chat before or after class Mismatched socks welcome, just come as you are LGBTQ+ and neurospicy friendly. Tracy doesn’t physically correct or touch any students during class. Bring whatever kind of day you've had to your mat and let's rinse it out together.
